Services: |
In Who’s Next, services are considered anything that the counselor speaks to the student about. For example, students can come in for Crisis Counseling, Academic Advising, Referrals or anything else. Who’s Next was originally designed to track these services to help offices find out what services students are coming in for the most. |

This is the name of the independent school district (ISD), college or university that wants to use Who’s Next. An example of this would be the San Antonio ISD, Houston ISD, Alamo Community College, or the University of North Carolina. *Important* it’s important to note that a school can have multiple campuses. |
Campus: |
A campus is a physical local for the high school, college or university. For example, Pasadena ISD (located in Pasadena, TX) has 6 high schools, including Pasadena High School, Dobie High School, Pasadena Memorial High School and Sam Rayburn High School. Tarrant County College, located in Ft. Worth, TX has 5 campuses, and Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, FL has 4 campuses. |

For high schools, students come in to speak with a counselor when they are going through difficult times at home (i.e. crisis counseling) or when they are needing help with the studies. For colleges and universities, students speak with advisers when they want to drop a class, receive general advising, or help registering for a class. |
