Yes. By default, when a student signs in, they will see a list of all users that are logged into that department. Students can select the person the want to speak with, or click the First Available button.

*Tip #1* Who's Next only shows the users that are signed in and that are either Available (a Green folder) or currently with a student (a Yellow folder). If the user is Unavailable (a Red folder) or a Receptionist (a Purple folder), then their name will not appear in this list. |
