User Console
- New Feature: in the Student Lobby window, we added a Next button. Clicking this button will automatically move the next student from the lobby to user's My Inbox window. This prevents the user from having to drag-and-drop the student to their My Inbox window.
- New Feature: by right-clicking on a student, you will now see the Copy Student's ID to Clipboard option. This option will save the student's ID number to your computer's clipboard. You can then paste it in any other application.
- Improvement: we increased the Session Timeout value to 90 minutes. This value can be changed per school as needed.
Student Kiosk
- Bug fix: we fixed an issue that students were experiencing when the Can select counselor to speak with option was turned off. When a student tried to sign in and didn't know their ID number, the system would prompt them to build themselves in using their Name and Date of Birth. However, after they added themselves into the system, the Student Kiosk would still prompt them to select a user, even though this option was unchecked.
- Bug fix: when a student doesn't know their ID number, and they prompted to build themselves in using their Name and Date of Birth, there was a bug in the Year dropdown list. If the student used the Up/Down Arrows to change the value of the Year (rather than their mouse), the Month and Day dropdown lists would reset themselves. This issue has been resolved.
