The answer to both questions is "yes". Anyone can log in if they have your username and password. And you both can be logged in at the same time, if necessary.
One of the drawbacks to sharing your license is that when you save a student's visit, Who's Next will stamp your username onto that record. So that when you run a report, you won't be able to tell exactly which person saved the visit.
