Sign Out: signing a student out involves the user selecting one or more services and adding public and/or private notes (if necessary). Who's Next will automatically record the date/time that the student was signed out, and will stamp the person's username with the record. All students that are signed out will have their data display when the departments runs their reports.
Remove: removing a student does not record a visit for the student. This operation was built in the event that the user accidentally signed in the wrong student. If so, then the user can remove him/her and there will be no history of the student's visit.
*** IMPORTANT *** our new web version does keep a log of who removed the student. Our system requires the user to add a reason as to why the student was being removed.
